"We stayed three nights with our kids in family connecting rooms and highly recommend it. The hotel is clean and modern, with high-quality comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from the balconies and from inside the rooms. We were right across the street from an incredible sandy beach, where we splashed in the waves and tried parasailing. The only drawback is the distance from the main tourist area- its almost one hour to walk down the beach to most of the restaurants and shops. Luckily, Grab rides are cheap and available. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, this was one of the nicest. "

What stood out about my experience was the customer service from the ground floor staff especially. Mya and Lucie helped make our stay so convenient and put our mind at ease.
