"While the hotel is right on the beach, the extreme indoor humidity seriously affected our stay. Due to the dampness, there were visible signs of mold and a strong musty odor in the room. The bedding felt constantly damp and uncomfortable to sleep on. Severe mold issues like this can pose real health risks, especially for respiratory infections. I strongly urge management to address the ventilation and humidity control to improve room condition and guest safety."

"The room was clean, not spotless, but clean. The resort was ok. I wouldn't rate this as 5 star resort. 4 stars at best. The front desk staff wasn't very friendly. The bell men (luggage handlers) were very nice and helpful. Nicholas was probably the nicest staff member we encountered. The spa employees were also nice. The breakfast buffet was lacking. We paid to have breakfast included but we only ate there one time during our week and a half stay. It was just blah. Our room had a private pool which was nice, but there's no steps or stairs to climb UP into the pool, so that was awkward. The fridge in the room was useless because it keeps things at room temp. Housekeeping never removed the take out food or room service dishes. They just pilled them up on the wet bar all week. We finally asked them to remove them and they did. Next time we ordered food, they left them again. We had so many dishes and boxes on check out day. The AC wasn't cold, it was cool, but should definitely be colder. The area to the left of the hotel looks like a landfill with so much trash. The right side wasn't any better. TV had the absolute worst reception. We'd come back after a day of excursions and just want to watch TV to unwind. Nope, the picture would constantly cut in and out. The hotel lobby was always hot. Pros: our pool was always cool and refreshing, the bed was comfy, the location was good, and the massages in the spa were great. However this place looks way better in pics than real life."

"Gorgeous property. A true 5 star. Stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa with pool. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. We didn't end up using our pool because it was shaded and the water temp was too cold. The main pool was warm and not crowded so we lounged there most of the day. Joined 2 yoga classes with Div and would recommend them. Ate at all the restaurants and food was very good. The staff were welcoming and very helpful."
