"The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We had booked 2 twin beds room but the shower is inside the bathtub which is very high off the ground and slippery. I have to help carry my senior relative out of the tub. This is very unsafe design. There is no other 2 twin with walk-in shower, so I had to switch to a single queen bed. I was not impressed because I paid more for a 2 twin beds room but had to switch to a single queen bed but didn’t get any difference refunded."

"I enjoyed a nice weekend stay at Nguyen Gia. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and I especially appreciated the length of the pool for lap swims. The breakfast buffet is a nice touch with a great spread of drink and food options. Will stay again!"

"Breakfast very good and walk over to beach also good around shop cafe restaurant"

"breakfast can be better"

"Clean and the staff are very knowledgeable"

"Very nice villa. Lisa and Tony are so helpful that we can have such a good experience in the Ocean suites."

"Staff were excellent and the breakfast on offer was great. My room was spicy and span and the bed was comfy. I was only staying for one night so I did not want to unpack my suitcase but just access clothes etc from the case. However there was no bench of table to place my suitcase on. Hotel is located in a quiet part of the city."

"It was highly uncomfortable. There was no end to mosquitoes, there was signs of previous smoking. Rooms were smaller than what was seen on its ads. I ended up cancelling my stay there due to the discomfort for my family and my child. They we unnecessarily nosey about the whole ordeal. I gave them a brief answer. The staff went and asked my partner why i cancelled. Which only pissed me off further. I was so dissatissfied with the stay i didnt even care about getting a refund I just wanted out as...

"Hotel was in the middle of everything. Close to everything, very pleased and happy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast oh couldn’t ask for more. Options are: could add bit more of foreigners dish like fish and chips, spare ribs, lots of pork dish as some guests don’t eat pork. Apart from that, everything was 100% beautiful. Our view from our room was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much. Pulelisi from Melbourne Australia"
