I would like to compliment Mr. Luu Tan Thinh (RIN) for his good service. I was dining at the dining area dining my two nights' stay at the hotel. On the morning of 25/11/2019, on my last day of stay, we had breakfast at the dining area as normal. I was at one of the food stations taking food. My son wanted me to carry him, and so I had to put my plate down. Mr Luu (RIN) saw me and he came by to help me take my plate of food and followed me around while I carried my son. I'm very pleased and feel appreciated to Mr. Luu for the help he offered me. He helps out at the kitchen preparing the food as a cook. But he is still serving the customers when he sees anyone who needed help. His service had exceeded my expectations! I hope there can be more staff like Mr Luu (RIN) who is customer-oriented. I enjoyed my stay here at Minh Toan Galaxy hotel and it's also my first visit here at Da Nang. The staff at the reception are also very friendly. I look forward to my next visit here.
