"If I could give a negative for the stars I would. I stayed at this hotel in September 2025 and the comforter was dirty. We removed the comforter before going to sleep, as we refused to sleep with this. The next morning I showed this to the management, an indeed they agreed it was dirty and they apologized. I decided to give the hotel another chance, therefore I stayed at the same hotel during the April 2026 school holidays with my two boys, and again the bed sheets had human hairs and dog hair...

"Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. When we arrived they told us they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost , which was amazing "

"Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. Unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen facility was great, we needed help with stove top and the host came immediate and helped us resolve the issue. It wasn't really an issue as much as just had to be reset. Upon check in the host gave us multiple suggestion for things to take in and do, all were exceptional. Top notch all the way!!! Would definitely stay again if in the area or recommend...
