"Everything was perfect during our stay"

"The staff were helpful the property was old and smelled I was in a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes the carpet felt as though it hasn’t been cleaned in years I paid for two nights got there late first night and spent most of the next day looking for and moving to a new hotel I wasn’t offered and kind of refund nor do I want anything it just wasn’t anything they advertised and shame on Expedia for not doing a little bit more vetting on the property’s they advertise"

"The bathroom had mold throughout, and the property was very outdated. My baby was bitten by a bug in the room, and we had to take her to the emergency room. Unfortunately, this completely ruined our stay, and we did not enjoy our experience at all. I was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel and would not recommend staying here."

"Excellent excellent hotel. Wonderful and delicious breakfast options. 7-11 located conveniently inside hotel. Rooms are spacious. Clean. You are about 10 min walk from Shingawa Station. Convenient. There was an error in booking and I felt the hotel could have done more to help us. But such is life. This was a pleasant stay"
