"Les chambres sont grande et très bien entretenues. J’ai aimé nettoyage quotidien des chambres comme le premier jour. Pyjama, capsule Nespresso, serviettes changés tous les jours. Service de café dans le hall à une certaine heure dans la journée. Le petit déjeuner très variés et très bon. Ce que j’ai moins apprécié, c’était une situation exceptionnelle pendant notre séjour. Nous avons eu une secousse à Tokyo en pleine nuit. Nous étions incapable d’évacuer par les issues de secours. Nous étions plusieurs clients à chercher à descendre par les issues de secours sans succès. Apparemment ils ont leur procédure d’évacuation, les clients n’étaient pas informés. Je pense qu’ils peuvent améliorer la communication pour ce genre d’événement. Malgré ça, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Et je donne vraiment 9/10. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour."

"The room was smaller than expected but I hear all rooms in Japan are. The AC was very nice during the hot summer. Overall it was a very good experience. My only complaint is the coin laundry they have; the wash cycle takes 30 minutes and recommended 60 minutes to dry, this often causes a line for the dryers. Additionally, when I went to use the dryers, after a full hour my clothes were still damp. Other than that awesome hotel, love the godzilla display they have in the lobby :)"

"This hotel is perfect for a night’s rest while in transit. You do have to go through immigration and security to use it, but in the morning it’s so straight forward to leave from because it’s right beside one of the security entrances. The room provides everything you need so we always book our check in bags right through and simple take a change of clothes in our backpacks."

"Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et patience. Un hôtel très propre, beau, avec une magnifique vue sur la skytree tower. Chambre confortable, un espace convenable pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Le restaurant/bar au dernier étage est très chic avec une vue superbe. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bien. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel."
