"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. "Long time ago we found this feeling good place - I call it ‚a diva‘ - hidden in a beautiful property. The atmosphere is unique. The trees, the space, the view, the aesthetic pool, the peaceful days, the daily easy going kiss your heart. Couldn‘t be better. The sink was a bit clogged up, nothing was really clean and some of the appliances needed to be renewed. "We just came back after a trip to the center of Italy. We went on a family trip with four grown up kids (19 - 26), and stayed for a week in Casale Eredità. Giacinta is a lovely host, and she really made us feel welcome. The house is situated in the country side, approx. 10 minutes by car to Orte. Orte is a sleepy medieval town with a lot of charm. "Ginestra is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The grounds and swimming pool are really good and there are views to Assisi (which you can walk to (35-40 minutes).
