The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. "Great for family stay. Spacious rooms. Appreciate the separation of toilet and bath area. Abt 8mins walk to entrance of station depending on which line you are taking. The walk from station to mimaru can be quite daunting especially late at night with lots of nightlife along the way. Hsekeeping daily, sheets chg every 3 days, 9 days total clean up. Overall an good option and will choose to stay again. "

"Hotel is very convenient to shopping and eateries. There’s also an airport limousine bus that stops at this hotel that can get you to and from Haneda or Narita airports. The only thing I miss is having drawers in the room to put my clothes in. However, there were cubbies that could be used for packing cubes."

"This was a great hotel to stay at! It is located in a more quiet part of Tokyo, away from the main central busy part of the city. However, it is a 10 minute walk from the station. The staff were very friendly and can speak English which was helpful! I love the free amenities provided for guests right by the service desk."

"I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that I've stayed in the Western breakfast options never are served hot! I used a luggage transfer service (sending to another hotel in Tokyo), using the details I found at reception. The service worked fine and my bags were actually delivered in less than 30 minutes! My room was comfortable and in good condition. The room was quiet, being located on 6th floor in back of the hotel, but I would guess room's located at the front, overlooking the street, may be somewhat noisy. I would use this hotel again. "
