"Unfortunately not the best stay here. When we arrived we were told that me my partner and 2 kids were not booked only 2 adults which then the owner requested we pay an additional $100 to cover for my two kids in the room. Although when booking on the site it’s actually the same price regardless of whether I have 2 or 4 people for the studio. Was told it’s different on sites but still paid $100 extra all whilst trying to get my kids and dog inside. Also had a plate of food left in the microwave...
