"We absolutely loved our stay at the White Star Tavern. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting to our cruise terminal. Our room was very nice and we were very comfortable. Our favorite part was the amazing breakfast that was included. That was a real bonus as I had overlooked that as part of our room stay. The coffee was excellent and the best we had had on our vacation. The staff were awesome and so attentive. Loved them all!!"

"Room was ok, small but had everything. Bathroom was tiny. Check in staff not helpful and a bit rude, needed ID to check in which seemed very odd and have never been asked for this before. Hall ways full of clutter and dirty cups/plates. Breakfast was poor beans were awful."

"Stayed one before our cruise departed. Perfect location and great breakfast buffet."

"Awesome"

"We had a delightful stay...and a wonderful breakfast. My wife thought the eggs were prepared perfectly."

"I travel with elderly parents who have mobility issues and the staff was able to give us a corner room on the first floor. The furnishings were older than I expected but extremely clean and well maintained. It was warm and cozy and we slept well despite the jet lag. Starting off the vacation refreshed is the most important thing and Elizabeth House Hotel was able to accommodate that."

"This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton"

"Good Breakfast Good Location Excellent Service"

"Web site shows car parking...there is no close parking"

"Great staff ,clean and very good location."

"Location"

"Perfectly serviceable for a short stay. Clean, comfortable and well located."

"Very outdated room, bathroom was small and the tub was hard to get in and out of"

"Room was tidy and clean, one issue was the loud shouting in the corridor of the room service lady one of the mornings. Shower was not powerful but adequate. Nice lounge and dining area. Overall a nice stay"

"The bar was great. It was a little hard moving luggage up stairs to 2nd floor. The room was a little small but perfect for a short stay. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable for a night."
