"We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location."

"You get what you pay for here. It’s not the best but it wasn’t the worst either. It’s old & worn, but rooms aren’t that bad. Surprisingly the room had lots of amenities. Microwave, fridge, flat screen, and even a stovetop! Bed cover had some holes but the sheets were really clean."

"The house is in a great location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is new and nice. Access to the gym and pool at the clubhouse are a great perk! The kitchen has your very basic needs, just enough to get by. There were only 4 coffee mugs, 1 plastic cup and 1 glass. They could use a few more drinking glasses/cups.
