"The room was terrible. The door wouldn’t close alll the way. The lock on the door was loose. The sheets on my bed had blood stains. After I called multiple times for them to come change them they never came. So I had to sleep in a chair. It was terrible "

"We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location."

"You get what you pay for here. It’s not the best but it wasn’t the worst either. It’s old & worn, but rooms aren’t that bad. Surprisingly the room had lots of amenities. Microwave, fridge, flat screen, and even a stovetop! Bed cover had some holes but the sheets were really clean."

"The owners were very responsive to everything we needed. We were in town for a company event and I booked because of the 7 bedrooms. "We loved our weeklong stay in the kasa frisco apartment. It was very clean, furnished well, very safe. I love the valet trash pickup! My only real complaint is the lack of signage in and around the building. Eventually we figured things out but not before getting turned around and a little lost first! It’s kind of a confusing building to navigate. Other than that we loved our stay and would stay again!"
