"The resort is new, located in a remote spot but accessing 2 beautiful beaches.
The disappointing aspect was the customer service:
-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.
-On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I...
"Reception was poor and disorganized. Directions are poor, furniture is spartan at best. Air con did not work. Lovely area overall, wish the property was a match. Pool area was great "

"Beautiful setting, amazing staff, super clean unit (not a speck of dust anywhere, well-maintained, fully equipped, with charcoal BBQ, AC worked great even on the hottest days, super convenient parking right infront of your residence, close to the beaches and dinning areas. I would go back in a heartbeat. HIGHLY recommended if you want peace and quiet."

Todos los caminos de arena. No hablan español y las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Muchas cosas rotas y en general todo muy sucio, sobre todo en la zona donde nos ubicaron. Que es en la parte del fondo, yo creo que sobre todo nos ponían allí a los españoles, en la peor zona!! Con todas las hormigas, sin iluminación y donde no llega el WIFI.

Detached Villa with private Pool and amazing Sea view

"A lovely property with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Good A/C in the master bedroom and downstairs area, although the large downstairs bedroom needed the doors to be kept open during the day to keep it from getting too warm. Quality fixtures and fittings, with nice dinnerware, glassware, etc. A large swimming pool with a fabulous view. Plenty to do in the area if you like to be outdoors. The wild board visited us most evenings and we looked forward to their visits. They were friendly and curious but stayed their distance in the bushes so never a problem. Good grocery shops, bakery, butcher, etc less than 10 minutes walk or a very short car ride. An excellent property for a weeks holiday in the sun. The only minor flaw is that the internet was very variable, sometimes it was quite quick, sometimes slower than dial up. Not the fault of the owners, it is the area in general, but be prepared to unplug at times."
"Reviews and pictures should carry a warning that this is a very isolated hotel which purports to be 4 star but service wise is barely 2 star. We stayed for 5 nights, booked well in advance. Our first room was the fully enclosed, disabled room, not suitable. We had requested a sea view but according to the manager also needed to ask for a balcony as well!! We were moved the next day to a side balcony, no view for 3 nights and then told we needed to move next door for our final night. No apology or compensation was offered, it was as though it was our fault! We were not surprised when we went to breakfast, no welcome, no explanation of the service and staff who looked like work was an inconvenience. Coffee machine queues, food not replenished (or fresh) and plenty of flies everywhere. Staff did not clear tables until they felt like it, hence visiting birds had a field day. Overall I feel the management need to audit and review its customer experience, it is not good. The only positive person to mention is Alejandro the pool attendant, very efficient. STAY WELL AWAY this hotel is poor."

"We loved staying here. The view is spectacular. The house had everything we needed, and even lots of spare dishes, utensils.
It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 2 kids (they would share a room)
Parking is very close, just up the steps above the house. The drive to the beaches is short. The supermarket is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again"
