"Reception was poor and disorganized. Directions are poor, furniture is spartan at best. Air con did not work. Lovely area overall, wish the property was a match. Pool area was great "

The disappointing aspect was the customer service:
-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.
-On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I...
"Beautiful area and so close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is basic but not a problem at the price and location. The staff are very nice, breakfast is decent. Aircon works and free parking was pretty easy in late June. "

"Beautiful setting, amazing staff, super clean unit (not a speck of dust anywhere, well-maintained, fully equipped, with charcoal BBQ, AC worked great even on the hottest days, super convenient parking right infront of your residence, close to the beaches and dinning areas. Todos los caminos de arena. No hablan español y las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Muchas cosas rotas y en general todo muy sucio, sobre todo en la zona donde nos ubicaron. "This hotel has a lot of potential, with vast green space and huge area for outdoor activities. Sadly, it is so neglected in terms of maintenance that I would not recommend it at all, especially for long term stays. We got a small house which was in desperate need of renovation, mold on the front windows and facade, poorly lit, they have not even changed the light bulbs which were not working on the stairs! The place was not clean and fresh when we arrived, there were spiders and webs everywhere...
