"Beautiful area and so close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is basic but not a problem at the price and location. The staff are very nice, breakfast is decent. Aircon works and free parking was pretty easy in late June. "

The disappointing aspect was the customer service:
-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.
-On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I...
"The pool is lovely and it's a relaxing hotel. Very quiet area. But the WiFi connection in the bedrooms isn't great and our air con was on a very low setting which can only be adjusted by the hotel staff. We found the room very warm at night. "

"Beautiful setting, amazing staff, super clean unit (not a speck of dust anywhere, well-maintained, fully equipped, with charcoal BBQ, AC worked great even on the hottest days, super convenient parking right infront of your residence, close to the beaches and dinning areas. Todos los caminos de arena. No hablan español y las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Muchas cosas rotas y en general todo muy sucio, sobre todo en la zona donde nos ubicaron. Que es en la parte del fondo, yo creo que sobre todo nos ponían allí a los españoles, en la peor zona!! Con todas las hormigas, sin iluminación y donde no llega el WIFI.

Eine Sachen waren kaputt (Handtuchhalter, Türgriff Küchenschrank, Glühbirne, Abfluss, Balkontür). Die zwei Damen vor Ort waren sehr nett und bemüht und es kam auch schnell ein Handwerker.
