"Was greeted upon arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The staff was efficient in checking us in, took us to the room and helped deliver the luggage. (This facility only has stairs). Our room had an amazing view of Aranal Volcano (when it is not under the clouds). The Hot Springs are cleaned daily, which is AWESOME! Our stay was fabulous!"

We have someone who cant walk far or manged the holls and they carted us to and from the other areas of the hotel! They arranged activites and gave us the Pura Vita vibe!"

"This place was incredible! The resort itself is stunning! The thermal hot springs were relaxing and super clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony overlooking the main pool and a straight shot view of the volcano were out of this world. But the real stars of the show are the staff.
