"We went up to Lake Wales for a long weekend, looking to relocate to the area. The Holiday Inn Express was a great place to stay. "

"I would have given service 5 stars But the check in person was NOT friendly at all. The check out person was awesome ! Super friendly and just a seemed to be happy person. Room was spotless and free breakfast was pretty good for “free” . Eggs , bacon etc. I would recommend a stay with them. "

"Positives: Great place to stay for a quick trip! Clean, nice amenities. The Bistro employees were wonderful and the food was delicious. Cons: The air conditioner in the rooms are outdated units that seem to be motion activated? I would wake up hot in the middle of the night and have to turn the unit on. Same during the day if you’re out of the room for a period of time. "

"Hotel was always very clean and everyone was very nice and friendly except for the lady who was restocking the breakfast table other then that was excellent …the front desk staff were amazing .. oh one more thing if you looking to go to the outlet it’s very far it’s about 1 Hour Drive I will definitely come back "
