"I really enjoyed my time here, the staff were incredibly helpful. My favourite part was that the spa was included, we had slippers and robes provided for us. The show stopper was that it had smart tv in the hotel room which made the biggest difference."

"Beautifully and recently renovated property with luxurious rooms, loads of nice details and small touches. Breakfast was good, dinner a bit hit and miss. Interesting menu and generally tasty but at £95 for two (without alcohol) it didn’t always meet expectations and a couple of dishes were a let down. Would happily revisit the chain for bed and breakfast."

"Wonderful hotel. Beautifully maintained. Room was clean, lovely size. Good shower. Food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was lovely. All staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Only negative was a £10 charge to use the swimming pool and/or spa facilities, which I hadn't seen previously so was unaware of and so didn't swim, unfortunately. Look forward to returning soon, if possible!"

"Lovely, spotless room. Staff always polite and willing to help. The breakfast was excellent. We had lunch at the hotel also, which was very good, I have some dietary issues and the staff/kitchen were more than happy to adapt my chosen dish for me. Plenty of room to park avoiding having to find a parking space which could be a long distance from the hotel, which is particularly important for us due to issues a member of our party has with walking long distances. A lovely view of the river and Salisbury Cathedral from the balcony leading off the bar/restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"My third time staying at this hotel and I can’t fault it again. The room was lovely and the perfect size just for me. If I was taller I would have said the shower was a bit in the short side but at 5’7 it was perfect. The air con was also a god send in the heatwave"
