"I really dig this hotel. For the price I paid, I felt like I was getting way above the pricepoint. Plus Hector, the night customer rep, went above and beyond to take care of my buddy and myself. I love the harbor view when waking up and the rooms were very decent, with great pillows and thick towels! The tv worked, the heat worked well and wasn't obnoxiously loud (like many hotels can be)! I'll definitely stay here any chance I can when I'm back in Oakland."

"Clean room, with nice touches. Coffee in the room and all day at reception. "Happy hour" with reduced wine and beer prices. Very near the Bart, and also near GREAT Asian food of various kinds. Room was spotless, and there is a separate large closet for luggage. Easy to get to SFO - $20.00 via taxi (set rate), or you can take a bus (second stop) or Bart (just check the schedule from Millbrae as it can be every half hour or so during some times. This is our go-to hotel if we have a morning...
