Games room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Onsen massage was the best I’ve had. With a nice treat of mango and sticky rice complementary. Only downside is that this is a dry hotel. The staff happy for you to bring in your own alcohol. "

"Amazing service! From the shuttle ride from crazy Bangkok to the hotel lobby, the service was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. If you follow the hotels emailed procedures to hop the free shuttle, you will be forever grateful. The airport is insane but the shuttle desk located at door 4 was a sight for sore eyes. The van is right there and the staff will not let you lift a finger. "
