"Amazing hotel right near all the action you could need in Bangkok. Room was very big and modern. Shower was awesome, even had a tub for baths in my room. TV was modern as well. AC worked great and rooftop pool was awesome. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The bar is VERY well stocked with a lot of things I haven't seen elsewhere. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here when looking for places in Bangkok. Right on Soi 15, not too far from the action of soi 11 in one direction and Terminal 21 in the other direction. In between Nana and Asok BTS stations."

"Made the mistake of booking this hotel. Congratulations to thier marketing team who make the hotel look great online. Booked a king double. Room was old, dirty & very small. Also has a weird stench. Upon arriving back after a night out at 2315 we knocked of our feet by the smell of marijuana. We reported to the hotel and we were moved to a different room near the front on the 6th floor. We were given a bigger room that was looking very tired. No smell... Just the music from the clubs outside. Shower terrible. Hot and cold. Can't understand why this hotel has good reviews. Should have paid better money and booked a decent hotel. Avoid this place."

"First and foremost the staff here are phenomenal, very friendly, extremely helpful, they get you good prices on excursions and transportation if needed. The staff got me a good deal on ringside seats to a muay thai fight and a cab cheaper than grab (the local transportation service) to pattaya ( a long haul trip). However beware, if you get one of the large hotel suites (with the kitchenette and washer/dryer in room) it is not in the main hotel but the hotel behind called euro classic Condominium. The building is very old and although the interiors of the suites are charming, the exteriors and hallways of the hotel look a bit rundown"
