"The two guys who were on duty at the front desk when we checked in were wonderful. They were welcoming and helpful. Both had a sense of humor which made the experience even more pleasant. Later, when we left for the evening, they both stepped outside with us to guide us with directions to our destination. Together, they took a routine task from ordinary to exceptional! "

"Best stay in a hotel ever for myself and my fiance. Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. Overnight gentleman was very helpful and much nicer. Overall a wonderful stay"
