Robert solved 2 problems for us. The bathroom light was very dim, so he switched out our room. It was an upgrade. Very nice. Except the TV didn’t work. He literally came to the room and worked on it himself! We appreciated his help and friendly demeanor. It ended up to be a nice stay. Thank you, Robert! You made our stay GREAT!!"
