Food was very good and breakfast was good value and very nice, If anything, the bedrooms were a little on the small side and rooms need a bit of freshening up. "Room nice size & clean. But from about 6am, we could hear bassy music presuming from the gym next door. Outside of property was a mess, the bin was over flowing & cigerette buts all over. Not a welcoming sight. The disabled spot was taken by someone without/not displaying blue badge"
