"Room was immaculate and staff were friendly. I had an event at 5:30 pm, the restaurant didn’t open until 5:00, one of the gentlemen went to the kitchen and asked if they would be kind enough make me a plate.c which they did. This meant I was able to have dinner rather than ordering Uber Eats. Super appreciated the kindness, and will definitely be back."

"The bunk beds don't have personalized sockets to charge any device, or lights (well, yes, a dim light that doesn't work). Room for improvement in that aspect. The hostel is pretty good overall, a bit expensive for what it is, in my opinion. Location not bad, walking distance to bars, pubs retaurants and the Flix stop for buses to Banff and Lake Louise. The hostel is 20-30 minute drive to the airport. The only thing to consider is that the area has a high population of drug abuse users on the streets, not that it feels unsafe; they mind their own business, but something is there, and you are going to experience. Other than that pretty decent place!"

"We stayed 4 days to visit family. Hotel was well positioned for short trips to meet everyone. Parking was easy. Staff were extremely helpful a D anxious to help. Housekeeping were ready to assist with extra towels etc. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. "
