"We loved everything about the hotel. We have no complaints. The staff was simply top notch. The location was everything. We will return to Montreal, and we will return to this wonderful hotel."

"Tout était parfait. Le seul inconvénient est l odeur de parfum à la réception et au restaurant, ce qui nous a empêcher de se nourrir au resto car c est une odeur très intense."

"What a beautiful stay. My sister and I stayed here for a quick girls trip and what a great boutique hotel to have chosen! The breakfast that is delivered to your room every morning is wonderful, the bedding and ambience of the room is amazing. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying for at least a few nights here, it is in the best location for walking around and sightseeing also!"

"Generally nice room. They were doing loud cleaning work (grinding or buffing) in the middle the night. Very noisy. I was offered ear plugs. More of a $500 hotel. I paid $700."

"It was clean room"

"Roof top hot tub in the evening while looking out at the skyline don’t miss it!"

"Excelente ubicación, cercana a la estación del tren, personal amable y atento, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y limpias, muy buena opción para visitar la ciudad"

"Excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby Front desk team was incredibly helpful and friendly"

The same attitude and horrible service followed as shifts changed. The owner should be ashamed as there are multiple public reviews about this dating back MONTHS and clearly they dont care enough to change it. Why even open a hotel if you...

"simple but comfortable"

"Went for a concert at centre bell and it was perfect for it, 5 min walk from the venue and close to a metro station too. Staff were super friendly. The hostel also had some free group activities which was fun. The was comfortable and the rooms were clean."

"Propre et très bien situé."
