The Pierce Hotel was an excellent stay, comfortable rooms that are well designed and have everything you need. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and downtown attractions. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Great property and location! In the heart of downtown and a block from Guy metro station. My questions were quickly answered. The place was very clean and has all that you need for long stays. There’s a parking lot 2 blocks away. I would stay here again.

The unit was cozy with all the amenities needed for my stay, although I never found the thermostat. Many restaurants, bakeries, dépanner (convenience) stores and a pharmacy around the corner. The metro was nearby and the museums and galleries a short walk or Uber away. Overall the neighborhood was safe but late night there was the occasional odd person, not an issue for me.

Great bed size and comfortable. Good shower pressure. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner. The ones in the washroom smelled like a genering industrial one. Fridge was ok, hard to open drawers. I appreciated the coffee pods as well. Furniture is a little old. Our blinds were jammed when we got there but they fixed it fast. I was offered a complimentary cleaning since I stayed for 10 days. Unfortunately the minimum was done...the floor was still dirty. The area is great for being close to alot of things and the metro but the area is a little ghetto and full of homeless people everywhere. The building was safe as every door and elevator had a code to get in. I didn't see any security guards there though.
