"The photos of this property are completely misleading, as in reality it is very very different! The room was small, nowhere to put anything, the en-suite was tatty with broken shelf over sink, dirty mirror and a shower that was pretty poor! The room was cold & uninviting! Other parts of the property were full of clutter & just looked uncared for and needs a complete overhaul. I can’t believe we paid good money to stay here!! "

"It was the perfect venue for our multi generational family gathering. Lucy was a very helpful and communicative host. The farmhouse was huge but still cosy. Well equipped kitchen. Huge table that comfortably seated 11 of us. Well heated and plenty of hot water. Super comfy beds and bed linen. Games room, toys, dvds, books. Clean and hot hot tub! In beautiful countryside with an easy walk to a waterfall and river. Actually on a farm and my grandchildren loved watching the sheep with their lambs, cows and pigs. It really was a fabulous stay and I highly recommend it. "

"This place exceeded our expectations. The cottage is spacious and cosy at the same time. Beautifully decorated and very private. Everything in the cottage looks brand new, even though they have been in the business for a few years, but more importantly, the private garden was perfect for our dog (labrador)! The host, Sue, was lovely and very helpful. The area is lovely to explore and there is a farm just down the road where you can buy local produce. Definitely will come back again!"

"Had a fantastic weekend, would highly recommend this cottage, especially if you enjoy walking in the countryside whilst still within reach of local amenities that are only a 10 min walk away. Highlights are the kitchen is a great size to entertain and the lounge can easily accommodate all guests in a cosy environment."

"Small and quirky rooms b being a very old building which brings charm and character. Clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Food portions and quality for the price are excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again. "

"The perfect venue for a family gathering weekend. Coachmans Cottage is full of character, tastefully furnished and well equipped. Set in pretty rural surroundings with views of a small lake. Nice walks at the nearby arboretum, NT Brockhampton estate and Malvern hills. The house and garden were great for the dog too."
