"Great hotel"

"Amazing location. The most helpful staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Their explanations and showing where everything is and organizing our early morning take away breakfast they were just wonderful."

"Great hotel for what we needed! Not big on amenities but it was nice and clean and not too far from the train station"

"I have stayed here a few times. Always a high standard"

"Wonderful. Charming hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Little bite far from the train station but well worth it."

"Location was the main point. A bare bones approach, good enough for sleeping, nothing more. I guess this what you get in Switzerland in that pcice range, which was not low by any means."

"Our room was very nice for two couples, with comfortable beds and a few free drinks and snacks provided. We also loved the small balcony with a view of Lake Lucerne and the easy access to walking downtown along the lovely lake path."

"Hotel des Alpes was great in every way. The front desk staff were excellent help throughout our stay. The restaurant food was always good. Overall the location and value make this hotel the perfect base for the Lucerne region."
