"We came for a 3-day weekend get away to enjoy the pretty mountain scenery. I worried that this rental may have been too far away from the action, but that was not the case. The location was perfect. Lots of business additions to the Wears Valley area, made for a comfortable stay with everything we needed just a short drive away. We ate at a couple of the restaurants that were recommended and really enjoyed them; especially Papaw’s Catfish. I forgot some things at home and was able to make a late night quick trip to the Dollar General to pick it up as it is very close to the cabin. The front porch view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time rocking and swinging and enjoying the quiet beauty that is the Smoky Mountains. The hot tub on the back porch was so pleasant and bug free thanks to the screened -in porch.The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. I like it dark when I sleep and the location of the cabin, away from light and noise pollution, made it possible for me to sleep through the night, which is something I rarely do away from home. The TVs in the bedrooms are nice and big. Water pressure in the showers was good. Linens and towels were nice as well. We had everything we needed. Communication from the hosts was excellent! Very prompt and helpful. Checkout was a breeze. One last thing, the cabin was very clean, even in the corners— I always check. Overall an excellent choice and the price was right. We will stay here again. "

"Morven was a great property that was perfect for our family vacation. We had a group of 8 and everyone had a good experience. It was great having plenty of bathroom space, and the bedrooms were adequate size. Good kitchen set-up (could use some more silverware) with nice utensils. There are several houses nearby, but we felt like we had plenty of privacy. This house is very close to many fun touristy places, and the back entrance into the Great Smoky Mountain National Park was about 10 minutes away. We loved the location and would rent this house again. "

"This was a great stay that wasn’t far from all of the attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. It’s was a very quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed our stay very much! Although the bedroom/bathroom amounts were off on the booking website, we ended up having more than enough beds that no one in our group had to share and the layout of the house was great. (Upstairs- King Size Bed w/ private bathroom, 2 single beds. Downstairs- 3 rooms each w/ queen beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 pull out couches and pool/air hockey/ ping pong table.) The only downfall was the driveway. It was very rough and washed out. Our Jeep Wrangler and Truck did fine, but the car had trouble getting to the cabin and scraped a lot. Overall, it was a great place to stay! "

"Had a great stay with our adult children’s families. There were only ten of us, so a lot more house than we needed. Our grandchildren are 2-10 and they loved the pool and the arcade room. The front yard was a big hit also with the kids and the dogs. My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch on the swing. What a great way to begin the day. The neighborhood is nice and we enjoyed walking the dogs there. Not much traffic. Quiet. A bear ran through the yard one day, but no bother. The location is very convenient to the park and not that far from Pigeon Forge. Property manager very responsive. "

"Beautiful scenery and so quiet. Fireflies light up the woods and bears will visit. Everything we needed was in the cabin. Takes some getting use to the steep inclines in the mountains. You will not regret your choice of cabins!"

"My family loved it. Had an issue with the drive way, but otherwise it was great. The host was amazing in response with any issues. Plus super nice. The kids loved seeing the cub and the theater room. It was extremely beautiful home. Slept great in the beds."
