"The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was AMAZING!! The view from there was great. There was shopping within walking distance and plenty of places to eat within walking distance as well. The aquarium or beach was a very short ride away and it only took about 30 mins to get to LAX airport from the hotel. I would definitely stay again on our next trip out West. "
"The issue was when we checked in, we noticed that the room was a little bit smaller. My wife looked at more details and found out that the room they had set us up with was a regular room with a king-sized bed, which ended up being tiny and not being able to support the full 3 people that we needed.
So I naturally went down and said, "Hey, it doesn't seem like the room is correct." But they totally had a very interesting response in that they didn't want to give us the upgrade. They said it needed to contact you and that there was some mistake on Expedia's side, which is really frustrating. But eventually they did give us the room that you hopefully we had rented, and it was very nice. We've been enjoying it so far. It was a little annoying, but overall seemed good."
