"The best thing about this hotel is the ‘rain’ shower by far. Good water pressure and perfect after a long day exploring. The next best thing is the location connected to the Shin-Osaka station which is where you get the Bullet train (Shinkansen) as well as some local trains. It’s a great base for doing day trips so you don’t have to carry all your stuff around. I did day trips to Kyoto (take the JR Special Rapid train). This station also has the Osaka Metro Midosuji line which takes you south through Umeda and to the Namba and Tenoji areas. There is not much surrounding the station but lots of good food options inside the train station. The hotel is also on the domestic airport flight path but I couldn’t hear any noise from inside the room. The rooms are modern and clean. I couldn’t get my air conditioner to work so it was an uncomfortable first night sleep but the next day I asked the room attendants and she got it working with a couple button pushes. The only down side was they need shelves or a small bench or table near the front door to put your bags as I had to lay all my items on the floor. Everyone was very friendly and I would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved this hotel! It was so grand and beautiful once you walk in. The staff was very nice and always smiling. We chose this hotel to be near universal studios and it was perfect to ride the train just one stop, which the was just across the street. We had a view of the suspension bridge, which lit up at night. Taking the elevator you could see the entire universal studios. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very good. It was buffet style and had so many options for food, drinks and dessert. It is far from the main city of Osaka, but it forced us to get up and start our day, which we liked. Overall, beautiful hotel, extremely large room and wonderful staff! "

"Beautiful hotel, room was spacious, clean, very comfy beds. We stayed on 34th floor with 4 XL twin beds, crip linens. Great service, good breakfast selection. For Transportation Osaka station mins away and takes you everywhere. Shopping places everywhere within walking distance. Best place to stay. "
