"Very very nice breakfast. Location is within walking distance to USJ and train station but it's troublesome when it's raining as it's not sheltered and no underground access. F&B are nearby tho, so no headache looking for lunch n dinner. Big and clean room, overall I enjoyed my stay there."

"it was an amazing stay that is worth every penny. amazing location, safe to walk around even at night. easy access to airport bus as well as all the subway stations in the area. heart of all the malls so it was easy to go back to hotel for a quick break before continuing the shopping journey. loved the option of eco cleaning so that we can get new water and towels without having to have someone enter the room. this is 100% where i’m gonna stay next time i travel to osaka. "

"One of our favorite Western hotels in Japan! The hotel room is spacious and every room has a view. It's located away from town so very quiet! It offers a free shuttle rides to the nearest train/subway station so a plus!"

"Me and my family love this hotel. At first, i thought the bedroom was small, but when we saw the bathroom we were amazed. The toilet was in its own closet opposite of the bathroom, it has a bidet and toilet tissue was refilled everyday. The bathroom had two sinks and I love the design of the bath shower and tub, the shower is really spacious. Taking a bath and soaking in the tub after a long day feels really nice. The beds were comfortable and always made. Staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They helped my wife when she was confused about using the washing machines. Everything we asked for was done promptly, like taking out the trash or changing the towels. Staff even helped us get a taxi after checking out. The location is great! There's a Lawsons in the building for most the basic needs. Universal Studio Japan was minutes walking distance. The Train station was even closer. The City walk area had plenty of restaurants and shopping choices. Would definitely love to come back here and would recommend staying here. "

"We did a quick one night in Kobe and stayed at the Centurion hotel. This was a very nice and clean hotel with great amenities and close to train station. Our family room was large with many beds and super clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was okay not the best. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town."

The shower was excellent, and there were loads of fantastic restaurants nearby to suit all budgets. The room offered more space than most budget hotels, but still came at a budget-friendly price. "I stayed one night at the Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan with my son, and it couldn’t have been more convenient or comfortable. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the park entrance. After a long day at USJ, being able to walk back to the hotel in under a minute was a huge relief. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfy beds and a nice view. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. My son loved the atmosphere and the view of the park. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was really good. There was a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, and everything was fresh and tasty. Staff (especially female staff) were friendly, check-in was smooth, and having a convenience store inside the hotel was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for families visiting Universal Studios Japan!"
