"Great stay! From the super nice lady at check in, to the room, to the personal welcome message on the TV screen. Only issue was a dripping shower faucet. I told the desk about it and she said she would tell maintenance. Room was clean with great amenities."

"The property sits right at the Atlantic Ocean and a quick walk across the street. I noticed that they added additional amenities since I was there last including bikes and beach chairs. the room was spotless, the staff very helpful. Since it was 100 degrees out, I did not use the fireplace or hot tub. It is great all four seasons. I have been going to this hotel for years and know I will be back."

"This was a wonderful stay! Susan is awesome with communication. The house has some great history to it. It's quirky but very comfortable. The bedroom is a good size with lights and table on both sides (a rarity believe it or not). The shower is piping hot with amazing pressure. The kitchen is full sized and has every imaginable amenity from utensils, coffee maker, microwave, ice trays. Add to that there's every condiment imaginable. Even though the house is at an intersection, it was quiet at night.There are unusual surprises behind cabinet doors. She provides piles of outdoor things from fishing poles, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Being immediately across the beach was fun. The beach itself isn't a white sand Beach but it's nice. We thoroughly enjoyed taking the chairs to the water's edge to read with toes in the water. Swimming is quite nice at high tide. Fishing was fun both from the beach and the nearby pier. We didn't catch anything but I'm told it's a good place for stripers and flounder. Just remember to get a license - it's only 10 for the year. There's a fun locals bar about a 15 minute walk away, not a touristy yuk-bar.My only semi-negative is this - the dining table is in the very back in a dark room. we moved it to the front living room in front of the window facing the ocean - which made it perfect for dining and playing some of the many games Susan provided. I would absolutely come back here."
