"All the staffs are excellent and well knowledge about the property and often provide extra services. The cocktails at the roof top bar is excellent"

"Tiny rooms but good for 1 person if you just need to stay. Hotels are typically shoeboxes in Hk anyways.."

"The location was great, quality of the service by staff was awesome but property has certain maintenance issues. The door was locked and mechanism did not work, they replaced that and it took 30 mins. Also, with the rain all savage system came out from the toilet at 2 am in the morning and they moved me another room for just one night."

"Yoyo has done a great job to keep our room clean and tidy thru out the 12 nights stay."

"Average Stay, Disappointing Service Check-in was slow and frustrating because my HKID showed my maiden name, while my prepaid Expedia booking was under my Canadian name. Despite providing my Canadian driver's licence, the verification process took so long that I was 45 minutes late for my school reunion. The housekeeping lady was exceptionally polite and pleasant. However, the reception and entrance staff rarely greeted guests or helped open the doors, making the hotel feel...

"Hotel is around 7 mins away from MTR, lots of staircases from MTR to the room, if you have heavy luggage please reconsider. The environment is with a smell of moist. The room can hardly be dried up as the humidity is too high, room is a little small for two persons. There is a routine noise from the air con compressor (or motor) all night which makes you feel quite annoying."

"Great service as usual"

"Okay for low budget short stay, dehumidifier was awesome in drying out the bathroom, because there are no shower curtains, so the toilet and floor is wet after each shower. No toiletries supplied so bring your own, bonus: toilet roll available, kettle, air condition, electrical sockets, hairdryer, desk lamp didn’t work. Shuttle bus to Kai Tak and if you miss the last shuttle bus, there are 22D, 22M buses. From Kai Tak Mall, CityFlyer Bus Terminal is convenient to travel to the airport and HZM...

"Very poor and old hotel. Basic amenities but not user-friendly. The towel is terrible and the shower gel is stinky too."

"ホテル設備自体が最新という訳ではないですが、清潔に保たれていて不便はなく快適に過ごせました。 特に朝食ビュッフェは種類も豊富で美味しく、とても良かったです。 クラブラウンジも開放感があり、また景色も良く、ゆっくりと過ごせて良かったです。"

"Good location but the room and lift a bit outdated"

"Fantastic hotel, with excellent service and a wonderful team. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Booked a tenth-floor suite and it was superb. Professional staff at health club were awesome. Food first rate and people uniformly friendly and helpful. Location convenient and nighttime views of Hong Kong island stunning. Highly recommend the Kowloon Shangri-La."

"We had an amazing stay and would go back in a heartbeat! 💗"
