He was our assistant at the resort and helped with every detail of our stay. 10/10 recommend. Only con: we couldn’t enjoy the beach on the resort. We did leave to enjoy one beach day during our stay."

"The service of the staff is just outstanding. You can see the Director of the Hotel at the restaurants supervising everything, but across the property. All the people are really great, at the bar, the pool, towels, concierge. ALL OF THEM, at the restaurants. Miss Fernanda at the restaurants, Erwing, Emiliano and Karina in Carnival, Jose at CIN CIN, all, Ivan at the entrance, all are giving the extra mile"
