"The shower door was problematic, frequently sticking and causing my wife difficulty opening it. The breakfast menu was rather limited and lacked variety. However, the staff was excellent, particularly the housekeeping team."

"Stayed one night but the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was great for our venue in the Grandscape!"

"First red flag lack of communication. It’s under construction so you’ll be confined to the 2nd floor only and the pool, kitchen, ice room and everything else is out of order. Then at check in when I received my room. It wasn’t what I requested, I requested a 1 king bed room and received a double queen bed. I was told that my account wouldn’t be charged until check out but everyday they keep trying to run my account after putting money on hold in my account already. They did have a grab and go breakfast table ( muffins, oranges, apples, coffee and water) no hot breakfast. Some items didn’t function properly like the blinds and the night lights on the head of the bed. Trash in can and used lotion from the previous persons who rented the room. It wasn’t what I expected at all and what I wanted to pay for. I won’t recommend this place until they fully complete their renovations and retrain their housekeeping staff. Another note I will not be booking with Expedia especially since having the issue with my account."

"Room was clean, staff was ok, breakfast was above average compared to other hotels. I would stay again if I’m that area. Side note: Recommend replacing the stained furniture, or getting it cleaned. Repaint scratched up doors etc. "

"My husband I stay here every time we come to Dallas. This last time we stayed it was for my birthday. I left my AirPods on the nightstand by the bed which I would not have done when they clean the room well we forgot to put the do not disturb sign out and went out. We came back to a clean room but no AirPods. We told the front desk and ask for the manager and he said I have them looking for them I asked can you check the cameras and was told he did not know how to work them that he was sry and they didn’t have them. So needless to say the house keeping stole them because they pinged in the building. I also sent the owner a email no response! Also the Texas Roadhouse right beside it the people in there used the parking and there was nowhere to park very frustrating! "

"Hear through the walls. Light blinks off and on.(they know there is electrical issues) Carpet messed up pokes feet with tacks at bathroom door. (.disgusting. ) He said no ice machine. First found broken one but Finally found good one. Night shift barely spoke English and can’t answer questions. Can’t know how to add to hubby’s points he said . (Day shift says can’t add to points if through 3rd party ) Doesn’t know pool hours. But THEN FOUND OUT ITS BEEN CLOSED 2 YEARS. I ONLY RENTED FOR THE POOL. Went to front desk and waited several mins. No one came. no body wash. Yet they have 3 bottles in the shower and one is for body wash. Told me to just use bar soap. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN. "
