"Great location near all subway access you would need. Shout out to Gordon and Nelson who both gave me the VIP treatment."

"Clean room and bathroom and linens. No carpets in the room is awesome. Front desk was great in leaving luggage with prior to room being ready."

"We didnt care for room set up and low beds. Bathroom glass made zero privacy"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"very reasonable, west village is great"

"チェックイン時のリゾートフィーの説明が無く、領収書が提供されなかった。 エレベーターの扉は今にも止まりそうで動きが悪かった。"

"It was very nice. Loved the receptionists, they let us check in early!"

"Great location and staff very friendly. The beds and pillows were some of the MOST COMFORTABLE I’ve had at any hotel which was a welcomed surprise. The hotel itself is in desperate need of A LOT small repairs. Part of ceiling in elevator missing, toilet holder and towel holder in room loose/falling off. Buttons on elevator not lighting up. Paper taped over floor number in elevator. Peeling wallpaper. Etc."

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Our trip at the Paramount Generator was amazing. The Staff was super amazing. Our check-in lady let us check in early and upgraded our room to a king suite. They gave us free drink vouchers at the bar. Overall, the stay was super great and rooms were clean and big. Would recommend to everyone!!"

"Room is smaller than expected. Some staff were friendly, some were not. Location was the best, as well as the complimentary breakfast."

"Beautiful property! Front desk staff was incredibly helpful especially Brianna. We arrived early to a room rushed for us which was extremely thoughtful. Housekeeping was above and beyond. We cannot wait to go back."
