"The house had great sunset views and was located conveniently to Folly Beach and not far from downtown Charleston. The neighborhood was great to walk in. I would definitely recommend this house."

"This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road...

"This property is great. Clean, parking on Folly!!!, and easy access to the beach. The host was great and very responsive. Property was clean and perfect for 1-2 people."

"The room was very nice. There were four adults staying in the room. 2 bedrooms and each bedroom had its on bathroom and shower. The bedrooms were a little small but it worked fine. The host was excellent to deal with. Walk right to the beach and restaurant right next door made it very nice. Would definitely stay there again."
