"This property has great private access to the beach with a minimal walk. The beach was powder sand the private pier was wonderful to wind down at the end of the day and watch the surfers. So close to tons of restaurants and even the grocery. The drive into Charleston was very easy and only took about 20 or so minutes. "

"One of my biggest pet-peeves is a hotel that is not clean and Wild Dunes Resort went above and beyond my standards... and I have high standards! Very clean hotel and I didn't find any weird hairs in the bed sheets; I'm a stickler on that. Loved the bath essentials brand they provided, all the beautiful views of the resort, and the superb service. The only negative I had was you had to pay for valet parking everyday ($35/day). This detail is kept pretty hidden on the site and I didn't realize it was a thing until they sent us an email about it a few days before our visit. They have a small lot you can self park at, but it's usually full."

There were several restaurants witin walking distance and a private pier where you can fish. This was our first time using Vrbo and the host made the process very easy. We will definitely be going back in the future. "
