"Wonderful front desk staff"

"The room was very clean, and the staff at the main reception desk downstairs were extremely polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop bar was a little disappointing. The lady working there wasn’t very helpful or attentive, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay."

"Great location. Small bedrooms but incredibly nice"

"Nice room in great location right next to Tribune metro"

"Clean room, great area"

"Clean room, helpful staff and good location…currently under a bit of renovation otherwise great."

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend it. Although it’s a bit further from the city center, the street it’s located on is quite pleasant. I particularly liked the small opening window that acts like a mini balcony. Unfortunately, we had booked a two-bedroom room but were given a single-bed room instead. However, the hotel staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room for us. The reception staff could be a bit more friendly, though."
