"The location of this hotel is perfect! It is across the street from the Royal Palace and within walking distance to Gran Via, Plaza Major, Plaza del Sol, etc. Staff was nice. Only thing was, I stood for 4 nights and the AC did not work. I brought it up to their attention twice and no one stopped by to take a look at it. They gave me instructions over the phone and it still didn't work. They also didn't have an Iron in the room.. I asked front desk for one and they said they didn't have enough and couldn't provide one for me so I had to walk around on my vacation with wrinkle clothes right out the luggage. On the 3rd day, I had to ask again and then they gave me one. Other than that, it was nice and property and room was clean and quite."

From the staff at the front desk who were so helpful and polite all the way to the chef at the restaurant who were splendid in their service and quality of food fresh and tasty. I will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend family and friends to stay when visiting Madrid. "

"The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and hotel is in a pretty central location. The only thing we didn’t like is that we paid the same amount as our friends but didn’t get a balcony because not all rooms have a balcony. The picture of the room we booked showed a balcony so it was just a little misleading. "

"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar had excellent views and places to lounge. The morning buffet was yummy and the larger balcony’s available on the upper floors are a great way to relax in a lounge chair. The small pool was an excellent way to dip in and cool off and had additional beautiful views"
