This is a quaint boutique hotel with only 10 rooms. Staff was lovely especially the young woman at the front desk on our arrival. Her name began with an “M” Jennifer was helpful too and so was the lady cleaning the rooms.
It was a little obscure to find. Just a small doorway with name on hanging board. Street # 44 helped.

We enjoyed our stay at woohoo rooms. The staff were proactive in reaching out to us prior to our stay and helped us to find the hotel when our uber driver dropped us off at the wrong spot. It is also located in a great spot, we were able to walk to everything. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was luxurious.

This hotel was in a great location right on Gran Vía. Very closed to everything and very convenient. I loved it and would stay here again. The only bad thing is that there is one elevator for the whole building and only 4 people at a time. We used the stairs since it was a second floor (3rd basically), We didn’t mind this since we were ok with using the stairs. The front desk was very helpful and although they were not there all the time, were very accessible via WhatsApp.

Clean, comfortable property with good location. However, needs some maintenance. One set of lights not working and door to balcony was off its hinges. Lobby clerk leaves at 4 each day so have to call a help line if assistance needed.

This place is like a diamond in the rough. Upon arrival was not told to come to the second floor this is something you will need to advise travelers in the future, once I found it I was pleased with the appearance, kindness of the staff and cleanliness
