"A great place to stay when visiting the Old Quarter! The staff is terrific; EVERYONE who works there is extremely friendly and helpful! Anna and Mia will help you book excursions and the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Easy walk into the heart of the Old Quarter, which is just steps away. We stayed 3 different nights in between trips out of town and it worked out great; they stored our bags and always made sure we made our connections to Sapa, Halong Bay and the airport without any problems.
