The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :) "

The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. "BEWARE of any properties managed by MV Homes like this Belvedere apartment. Almost left stranded without a place to stay after numerous attempts to contact the property for instructions to get into the apartment upon arrival for check in. Any communication regarding issues with the apartment was met with no response from property management...ie clogged sink, fuse blown and left in the dark, poor wifi, no Netflix, and no washing machine as listed on their amenities.
