"Nice location"

"These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "

"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."

"The apartments are nice and cosy, reception staff very friendly and courteous. The only downside was a housekeeping, the dishes in the kitchen were nit washed nur bed was made."

"The Botel was a fun place to stay during our friends European backpacking trip. There were three of us staying and the only issue we ran into was losing hot water in the shower pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to build back up. Other than that everything was great!"

"Overall, a good hotel. I have stayed there several times before. Spacious aprtments, with kitchenette. Friendly and helpful staff, small gym, located in quite area 15min walk from supermarket. Value for the money."

We reserved for an apartment with kitchenette and only when on the spot (9 pm) we were told that, due to overbooking, there were only two hotel single rooms available at higher rate. After poor and somewhat ridiculous explanations over the issue, the least the reception could do was to send us to another hotel."

"We rented a two bedroom apartment at Anenská 1, which is close to the train station, but somewhat outside of the city centre. Any convenience of being close to the station was however reduced by having to pick up the key at Medena 10. The apartment is small but well planned, but in a very bad condition and filthy. Both paint and wallpaper were coming off the walls, furniture was broken and lamps and wall sockets were "fixed" with masking tape (which was also coming off). The pillows were so...

"Close to Old town, nice spacious rooms, well equipped. Gets light in the rooms in the AM and only a bath with shower head, but we really enjoyed the stay. Nice little pub right across the street. "

"Clean and new. Good for families. Thermal SPA and Restaurant are located nearby. Parking will require visiting reception each time you are leaving it."
