"What we loved is the location. And the king bed was super comfy. We love the living area and the porch swing. The house felt cozy and even our doodle was happy. Thank you for the complimentary coffee! Nice touch. What we didn't love was the House needs some attention. The dishwasher was full of dishes and we could not decide whether they were clean or dirty. And the grass was really tall in back yard and was unkempt. The upstairs was difficult to cool off so maybe consider some work there. Would we stay here again? Probably so. Our family loves to gather and this was centrally located and has the potential to be a five star place!"

"This charming home is a family-friendly home. My plan was to take my dog, however, at the last minute I did not. Having that said, the yard was overgrown and was not mowed down, front or back so not very much a concern since I did not have my dog with me.The home was perfectly clean and offered everything one would need to stay. One bonus feature is a room with yoga mats and accessories. That was a surprise amenity. If I had to give a negative review about the home itself, I would say that it is the water not so much the pressure but I could not get hot water off of bathroom, faucets or kitchen faucet. The showers were good, except could not get a happy medium. It was either too hot or too cold. Not a dealbreaker, however, there is no on-site parking at the home. It is curbside street parking. The location is a decent walking distance to the trendy district of Bishop arts and many visitors were parking on the street, therefore we had to park four houses down and walk to the property. Host was gracious and accommodated an earlier check in request. I’d stay again!!"

"LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately."

"The house was an amazing step back in time to the days of stately manors. Very comfortable, very clean, and it had everything we need for a stay with 5 adults. "
