"Everything about my stay was great except for the horrible check in experience with the overnight shift. There was a woman who was awful to me. She had braids and was talking over the other woman who was trying to help me. She wouldn’t let me check in. I waited for 2 hours in the lobby after taking the redeye flight. I was exhausted and she said she couldn’t add a night to my reservation because I booked through a 3rd party. As soon as the morning shift arrived around 8 am, I had a lovely stay!...
