Saona Villas presents this lovely villa for 6 people located in a residential area, just 4 km from the center of Moraira, with panoramic views of the Mediterranean landscape and the sea.

The entire villa is on one level and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy its beautiful private swimming pool. There is a supermarket just 1 km from the villa. Moraira is a beautiful little coastal town where you can discover, in a sophisticated atmosphere, a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops as well as some of the most prestigious beaches in the region.

Distances: Beach 3 km. Supermarket & restaurant 1 km away. City center 3 km.

Inside: Living / dining room with satellite TV and fireplace. Equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker). 3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds). 2 shower rooms/bath with WC.

Outside: Mediterranean-style garden with trees. Beautiful 8 x 4 meter swimming pool with interior steps + deckchairs. Outdoor terraces, covered and uncovered, garden furniture. Barbecue built. Parking for 3 cars.

ALL INCLUSIVE / except the deposit: Deposit: €600 / stay by credit card or in cash (deposit debited and returned approximately 1 week after departure, provide a RIB for reimbursement if you pay in cash).
